FlyTrim didn’t start as a product. It started as a Google Sheet, built to plan real C152 lessons at LPCS — Cascais aerodrome — because the tool everyone was already using wasn’t built for the job: numbers read off a chart by eye, copy-pasted between tabs, one typo away from a wrong answer.
